Passports

A valid passport is required for all customers (regardless of age) traveling to or from the United States. A U.S. passport card cannot be used for airline travel.

  • All passports must be in good condition (not damaged, torn or defaced) per the U.S. Department of State.
  • Some countries require that passports be valid for at least six months from the date you enter a foreign country.
  • Some countries require 2 to 4 blank pages available in your passport to travel.
  • The name on your passport and other travel documents must match the name on your reservation. If it doesn’t, you may be required to show additional documents, such as a notarized marriage certificate.

For more info on how to obtain, renew or otherwise manage your passport, please visit the U.S. Department of State Passport website

Mobile Passport App

For U.S. and Canadian Citizens, U.S. Customs and Border Protection has partnered with Airside Mobile and Airports Council International to develop an app that facilitates a more time efficient process through U.S. Customs in Atlanta (ATL) and Seattle (SEA). Mobile Passport Control (MPC) | U.S. Customs and Border Protection (cbp.gov) enables customers to submit their passport and customs declaration information via their smartphone or tablet rather than via APC kiosks.
