If you purchased your flight on silverairways.com, we will process a refund upon receiving your request. If you purchased from a Third Party agency or another airline, please reach out to them to begin the refund process.
Due to the widespread impact of Hurricane Ian, refunds might take 7-14 days to be processed.
Due to severe weather approaching Florida, we are waiving change fees, cancellation fees, and fare differences for customers whose travel itineraries are expected to be impacted by Hurricane Ian.
